Privacy Policy
Effective October 18, 2026
In short
gm-labs.com collects only what it needs to answer your requests and to understand which services visitors are interested in. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
What we collect
Information you give us.
- The request form: your email address and the description of your problem, plus your name or company if you choose to share them later.
- The early-access sign-up for upcoming packages: your email address and which package you were interested in.
Information collected automatically.
- Anonymous usage events: pages viewed, buttons clicked and packages viewed or clicked. They are linked to a random identifier stored in your browser, not to your name or email.
- How you arrived: the referring website or campaign tag in the link (for example
?utm_source=), and which version of the home page headline you saw. - Technical data: your IP address and browser type are processed by our servers to deliver the site and to block abuse, and may appear in short-lived server logs.
How we use it
- To reply to your request and, if you ask us to, provide our services.
- To let you know when a package you signed up for becomes available.
- To understand which services and messages are useful, and improve the site.
- To keep the site secure and prevent abuse.
Who processes it
We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf:
- Our hosting provider (a virtual private server in the United States), where the site and its data are stored.
- Resend and Telegram, which deliver internal notifications to us when you submit the request form or sign up for early access. These notifications include what you submitted.
- Airtable, if we use it to organise incoming requests.
- Google, for Google Analytics.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
How long we keep it
We keep requests and early-access sign-ups for as long as they are useful for our relationship with you, and delete them when you ask. Anonymous usage events are kept to measure trends over time.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, the UK or California), you may have additional rights under local law. To make a request, use the request form and mention "privacy request" with the email address concerned.
Children
This site is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 16.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
